Nice Summer time : relax, discover and tasting !

Summer is a period of "green" work in our vines and after fruit set
(passage from the fertilized flower to the full fruit), there is the training, then the stripping and
finally veraison (pigmentation of the grapes). Stages of the vine that should always be followed for
best adapt the care to be given to it. 😊
It is also a period of bottling 🍾!
The wines of Grand Cru Kaefferkopf will be bottled next August ...
We will bottle Kaefferkopf & Essentiels in Magnum version (1,5Lt), "collector":
pre order your Magnums as "primeurs"!

After that, it will be time to prepare the harvest 2020 which this year promises to be very early!

Your little blond heads will not be outdone: we provide them with grape juice to taste

We limit each outing to a small group of 10 people maximum, it will be more intimate and enjoyable! 😊
