Vine binding...what is it?

This important step consists of "bending" the fruit branch on the supporting wire. ☘️
Its goal ? Guarantee a harmonious distribution of the flow of sap over the entire vine shoot,

and thus a homogeneous development of the buds and the future vegetation.
It takes a confident and delicate gesture to perform this technique because it can damage the buds and the wood.👌

😀 The tying of the vine ended for Easter, the young vines have been picked, the work of the soil is in progress

(passage of plow, delutage of the cavaillon), the buds are pointing day by day a little more.
