The Crémants of Alsace effervescence, elegance and refinement characterize our sparkling wines from Alsace. Produced according to the traditional Champagne method (first fermentation in barrels, second fermentation in bottles), the sparkling wines sparkle with enthusiasm and accomodate aperitifs with enthusiasm!
Crémant Brut Tradition Blanc
Varietal 100% Pinot Blanc & Auxerrois, on parcels of hillsides (granite) and plain (sands), 12 to 15 months of slats, the nose is expressive, buttered, brioche notes and white flowers, the mouth: fresh attack, balanced and harmonious .
Of a beautiful delicacy, it is the wine of the beautiful moments par excellence, fine and fruity, for the aperitifs, the puffs, all the festive moments!
Crémant Extra Brut Blanc
Elegance blend of 70% Pinot Auxerrois 30% Pinot Noir, on a granite hillside plot, base wine vinified in young oak barrels, 18 to 24 months of slats. A Crémant Extra Brut (not dosed with disgorging), which is subtle nose with aromas of dried fruits, toasty notes and brioche. It is greedy in the mouth, with a fine and elegant bubble. Crémant Brut Rosé
Subtle and refreshing with a touch of originality, its pretty pale pink and tender (given by the Pinot Noir grape variety) reveals a pink crémant with notes of red berries on the nose, with a fruity, fresh and harmonious mouth. The elegance of bubbles enhances its volume and structure in the mouth. As an aperitif, buffet dinner, it will open a dialogue all in fruit with a gazpacho of fresh strawberries or a clafoutis of red fruits.
