The harvest started at Domaine Freyburger with the first bunches harvested on August 25th.
Exceptional earliness this year, with superb grapes bursting with sunshine, and at full maturity 🍇

We are committed to seeing the fruits of our labor come to fruition.
This is why our "Team harvest" strives to select the pretty bunches;
a manual harvest at the Domaine in order to
to achieve the best quality for our future wines.
A mixed team, with regulars, new recruits and young students in training in the wine sector.
Dynamic, willing, efficient, and always in a good mood: the essential elements for excellent team cohesion! 😀
The Pinots family (White, Black and Gray), the Muscats and the first Gewurztraminers
are in the cellar and you can already hear the wines singing in the casks...
